Because of Insight Consulting Group’s vast expertise in Rare Disease Research and specialization in Patient Ethnography, a mixed methodology approach was utilized that enabled the depth of discovery necessary to unearth every important interaction—leading to a better journey for future patients. Our in-house recruitment team was challenged with a seemingly impossible task of engaging sufficient numbers of target patients in research, but due to our experience in Rare Disease research, delivered results utilizing a range of resources and secured 20 patients with specific demographic requirements and 20 mixed specialty HCP treaters.
Because of the method used, ICG Researchers designed a deliverable that included: Cognitive, Emotional and Social implications, reasons for disengagement, methods to limit patients falling off the grid, and with with recommendations on how to engage each patient with empathy to ensure long-term treatment success.
